Salon Policy
At Lash Wellness Lab, we are committed to providing a relaxing, safe, and professional experience for every client. To ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest level of service, we kindly ask all clients to review the following salon policies.
Cancellation
Because our services are one-on-one and time-specific, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on both our business and other clients who may wish to book that time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason.
No-shows (no contact or notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Clients who are uncertain about their schedule or health are encouraged to book same-day appointments when available.
Holiday Season Cancellation
During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods, cancellations made within two weeks before the scheduled appointment date up to the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee, regardless of the reason.
This special policy applies only during:
Thanksgiving Season: Two weeks prior to Thanksgiving Day through Thanksgiving weekend.
Christmas Season: Two weeks prior to Christmas Day through December 31.
These are the busiest times of the year, and last-minute changes make it extremely difficult to accommodate clients on the waiting list.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
For eyelash extensions, approximately 20-30 lashes can be applied every 10 minutes.
If you arrive late, the number of lashes applied will be adjusted based on your remaining time, as the session end time cannot be extended.
Please note that no price adjustments or discounts will be offered for shortened sessions due to late arrival.
For lash lift services, because the solution requires a specific processing time, we are unable to perform the treatment if you do not arrive at your scheduled time.
No Refund
All services, including lash extensions, lash lifts, and other treatments, are non-refundable once completed.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will be happy to assess and make reasonable adjustments if appropriate.
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction related to design preference, natural lash condition, or a change of mind after the service.
